1. How to market to the different sensibilities of men versus women in spa
2. The differences between how men and women shop and like to receive messages
3. How to reach, motivate and maintain the loyalty of male and female spa goers
Guest Speakers:
Shaun Swanger: Shaun is the owner and Director of Halo Brandbank, a new, full service marketing and advertising agency that focuses on brands that serve women (aka she-tailers).
Shaun has always worked with companies that serve she-tailers. Most recently Shaun was the Chief Operating Officer for AMP Capital Shopping Centres where he oversaw the branding and marketing of 41 shopping centres, including names you know like Pacific Fair, Warringah Mall, Macquarie Centre, Knox Shopping Centre, and Garden City Booragoon as well as those local centres that you visit everyday.
Glenn Kiddell: Glenn has spoken about the Male Spa Market at numerous spa events worldwide, he launched VitaMan in 1999 with business partner Clare Matthews (Beauty Therapist, Make up Artist, and Intl Skincare Lecturer) and has since had worldwide success with this brand.
With diplomas in Advertising & Marketing, Naturopathy and Sports Medicine as well as qualifications in Sports Massage & Nutrition and Personal Training amongst others, Glenn is a world of knowledge when it comes to men in spa.
