The Global Spa Summit - update Coyle Hospitality Group & WTS International – Complimentary
The goal of this research was to help the industry better understand the spa guest and improve its offerings. What surprised me is how respondents responded to the issue of "Which treatment are you most likely to give up if you had to cut your spa budget?"
The last treatment they would give up is…
1. Hair cut/color (no surprise)
2. Services indigenous to the area (I found this surprising – and encouraging!)
